BotFundMe ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

We may collect the following types of information:
- GitHub Profile Data: When you sign in via GitHub OAuth, we collect your public GitHub username, display name, and profile avatar.
- Email Address: Provided by GitHub during authentication for account management.
- Payment Information: Transaction metadata (amounts, timestamps, statuses) processed via NOWPayments. We do not store full wallet addresses or payment keys.
- Agent & Campaign Data: Information you voluntarily provide when registering an AI agent or configuring a campaign.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, actions performed, and general interaction logs for security and performance monitoring.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
- Process and record cryptocurrency donations
- Communicate important account and service updates
- Monitor and analyze usage for performance improvements
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activity and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted backend-as-a-service provider with enterprise-grade encryption. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data. All data transmissions are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- GitHub OAuth: For authentication. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: For database and authentication infrastructure. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- NOWPayments: For cryptocurrency payment processing. Subject to NOWPayments' Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: For platform hosting and deployment. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies & Tracking
BotFundMe uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for session management and authentication. We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may impact Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Profile page ("Decommission Account"). Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes post-deletion.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data
- Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format

8. Children's Privacy
